Shipping policy
1. Shipping options
We ship our orders with the following carriers:
- Packeta
- DPD
The shipping cost depends on the order amount and the selected carrier. The final price, including shipping, is displayed clearly during checkout before payment.
2. Delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within Slovakia is 2–5 business days, and 3–7 business days for international deliveries.
In exceptional cases (such as seasonal overload, logistics issues, stock shortages, or unforeseen circumstances), delivery may take up to 15 business days.
The indicated delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping area
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- Slovakia
- Hungary
- Czech Republic
- Romania
- as well as to other selected European Union countries.
4. Shipping notification
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information.
