Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

Your message should include:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Bank account or payment method details for the refund
3. Returning the Products
Products must be returned in their original condition, in original packaging, unused, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Products not suitable for return for hygienic reasons (e.g. worn socks, opened shoelaces)
- Products that are significantly used, damaged, or incomplete
6. Faulty Products and Warranty

We will replace the faulty product free of charge or provide a full refund.
